We got home this morning from a Cub Scout sleepover the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ. What a fantastic experience! The kids had a wonderful time and we are so glad that we went!
I couldn't even think about starting this post until I had a nap and a big cup of coffee this morning - but no one really expects to get a great night sleep on the floor of an aquarium, right?!?
Hello! Welcome back to another week of fun!
We all dragged ourselves back into our work and school routines this week - and it was painful. I'm already looking forward to the weekend!
This bitter cold weather is not helping. I know that we are going to be hiding indoors from the frigid temperatures - luckily, there are lots of fun, indoor things to do!
I have wanted to do this project for a few years. The kids are 6 and 7 this year, so I wanted to do this before they got any bigger! You can still see the wrinkles in the tree skirt fabric because I didn't want to wait for the wrinkles to come out. I was afraid that I would get busy with something else and not get it done.
The whole project only took about 10 minutes to do and I love it! I am such a sap for anything with the kids' hand prints on it!
