I hate to admit it, but it does seem to be helpful. I know that sounds counter intuitive. I started this experiment to try to feel better, so I should be happy that it is working... but a big part of me didn't want it to work so I could go back to eating all of the gluten filled yumminess that I like.
I have not been impressed with a lot the gluten free options that I have tried. When I saw that Barilla was making a gluten free pasta, I was hopeful that a big commercial brand might be a better choice. I was very happy with the result - yay! Finally pasta that really tasted like pasta!!
